Faulty goods

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and must notify as soon as possible if the goods are incorrect or faulty.

For rechargeable toys, please charge fully before use. Failure to do so can void any warranty.

If the product you have purchased does not perform due to a manufactures defect you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 90 days of purchase with intimate. After 90 days, you are entitled to a replacement with the manufactures warranty. Please check in features to see if your toy is covered under a manufactures warranty as some toys do not include a manufactures warranty. On return we will check the product is faulty. On confirming the product is faulty we will contact you through e-mail and advise you we are processing your refund or sending you a replacement.


Non Refundable Items 

Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on certain toys unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return and a decision to refund or exchange will be made. We do not accept returns or refunds on lingerie.

How to return an item

Go to our contact us page, stating the reason for your return. Please quote your invoice/purchase order number to help us improve our service. After which we will give you our return address.

Once received, your return will be processed and a replacement or refund will be arranged within 14 days.

If Found to be defective or incorrect we will refund the cost of postage for your return.
