Laid was established in Norway in 2009 by two very passionate woman, Line Iren Anderson who received a Master’s degree project in Industrial Design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, by designing a Sex Toy set for couples. Impressively Ms Anderson was the first in Norway to complete her Masters by designing this Sex Toy set for couples. After graduating Ms Anderson teamed up with her friend and business graduate Karianne Ronning who was the research assistant on the project.
On teaming up they immediately pursued their goal of getting Ms Andersons Designs into production. They achieved extensive knowledge and understanding of Sex Toys putting 18 months of research, analysis and design development in prior to the production of their own brand, which they named, Laid.
